Come and relax in this absolutely lovely beautiful Disney holiday home, a luxurious Floridian villa situated in the prestigious community of Hampton Lakes on US Highway 27. This Disney holiday home was built in 2001. The Hampton Lakes community is an established, quiet and exclusive location, yet only 15 minutes from Disney and within 30 minutes of all the other main Orlando attractions. the perfect location for your Disney holiday home!

 This Disney Vacation Home's main Features

This villa has 5 Bedrooms. Two are master bedrooms each with an en suite. The other three are made up of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have their own cable TVs. Four of the bedrooms have DVD players and another has a PlayStation 2 console with games. If you have little people in your party, at the home you will find 2 cots/cribs, 2 stair gates, a high chair, a pushchair/stroller and also a baby monitor.

The home has three bathrooms in total two of which are en suite to the two master bedrooms and the third is a family bathroom serving the other bedrooms.

For entertainment, besides the private screened pool, there is a games room that has a pool table, an air hockey table, a table tennis table, table football, darts board ad board games. The children won't get bored at this home!

If the games room is not your thing, then perhaps the cable TV, DVD player wit DVDs and the stereo hi-fi system is more in tune with your choice of entertainment. From the lounge you can access the pool area by sliding doors which, incidentally, are fitted with a child safety alarm to prevent youngsters entering this area without your knowledge.

For the chef or chefs in the party, the kitchen is fully fitted with all the usual appliances you would expect, such as a cooker, fridge-freezer with icemaker. microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal. There is also a breakfast bar. For alfresco dining you will find a BBQ at the home. For laundry, the home has a separate laundry room that has a washing machine, dryer and an iron with ironing board. No need to take home a load of dirty washing - you can do it before you leave!

Needless to say the home has a formal dining room too.

If you're a workaholic or simply like to use the Internet to relax, the villa has a computer with a FREE high speed Internet connection.

And if you need to keep in touch with family or friends by phone for whatever reason, or if you just need to use the phone for local, national or international calls, you can make ALL your calls totally FREE of charge.

 Community ands Nearby Facilities

For sports enthusiasts, the Hampton Lakes community has 2 floodlit tennis courts, a volley ball court, a basketball court, a large communal swimming pool and a lovely children's play area. If you enjoy a game of golf, Highland Reserve Golf Club is just minutes away.  It has a 72 par championship golf course.  Champion's Gate Golf Club is also close by and it has two 18 hole championship courses.
