The Pool
Relax and enjoy the large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool.  There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees.  Enjoy the integrated, raised massive 8 person hot tub/Jacuzzi with its 100 degree temperatures. If you prefer you can sunbathe on the poolside furniture or alternatively relax in the shade in the covered lanai.

 On The Ground Floor

Family Room
A large south facing room, opening onto the pool and has a  60" LED HDMI TV with a 1200w Home cinema surround sound DVD with IPOD (with CD playing available).  Seating includes a double sofa bed.

Breakfast Dining Area
At the end of the Family room, a great place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.

Large Kitchen
Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, George Foreman grill, gas cooker, microwave and everything else you could need!  From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.

Large Formal Dining Room
Seating for at least 8 people.

Two Double Bedrooms
One bedroom has a queen sized bed, 32” HDMI TV and DVD player.  The other, a MASTER BEDROOM, has a double bed, a 24” HDMI TV and a DVD player.  This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. 

Family Bathroom
A further separate ground floor bathroom is also provided.

Games Room
The games room has a variety of games that includes an air hockey table, a pool table and table soccer.
