'Minnie's Villa' is a luxurious 7-bedroom 4-bathroom 2-story villa with large SOUTH FACING private pool & spa that overlooks a nature reserve and partial side lake view and thus offers complete privacy.  The home is located in the very spacious 'Crescent Lakes' community which is just off of Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee just  minutes from  US Hwy 192, Interstate 4 (I-4), restaurants, shops, championship golf courses and of course Disney World itself which is only 15 minutes drive away.  Universal, Sea World, Wet & Wild and all the shopping on International Drive are all within only 20 minutes drive. Publix, the local supermarket, is just 5 minutes away along with Domino’s Pizza, KFC, McDonalds & various other fast food and take-away restaurants. So all your essentials are very close by.

This beautiful air-conditioned villa is very bright & spacious and can  accommodate up to 14 people plus a baby/toddler. With over 3000 square foot of living space including a first floor master suite and a ground floor family suite, a large bright family room, upstairs lounge and gaming area & a fully stocked games room, it is ideal for single families, two families or an extended family that want space & luxury who don’t want costly and impersonal hotel accommodation nor cramped living accommodation.

The accommodation is set over 2 floors. 

 On The Ground Floor

Family Room
A large bright room with doors leading out onto the pool and deck area. It has a 52" plasma TV with digital cable, a DVD player and surround sound. It is an ideal place to relax following a hectic day at the parks, shopping or a day out playing golf!

Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything you could ever need & more, including large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave & dishwasher. The kitchen nook area provides a table & chairs that overlooks the pool. (A clothes washer & drier are situated in the garage.)

Dining Room
There is a formal dining room for family dining and entertaining.

Games Room
The home has a well 'stocked' games room comprising of a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, electronic darts, & cable TV.  This room is definitely NOT just for the kids!

Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 which has a large king bed, cable TV, a DVD player, a ceiling fan and of course a closet to hang clothes. 

Bedroom 2  is a twin bedroom with cable TV, a ceiling fan and closet.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor.  A shower room with vanity and toilet is situated between the two ground floor bedrooms.  These bedrooms with this  bathroom is ideal as a private family suite. 

Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom with bath/shower, vanity and toilet which is easily accessed from any of the ground floor rooms and also from the pool.

Living/family area
Upstairs there is a second living/family area that has a sofa, a large TV with Wii and Xbox.  Ii is family/child/baby friendly with toys, beanbags, (the Wii and Xbox) games, books, DVDs, board games, and a  Hi-fi system.  There is also complimentary baby equipment, a crib/cot, highchair, bouncy chair, monitors and a stair gate.

 Additional Information

Large South facing private pool (30ft x 15ft) & spa, with optional heating, backing onto a nature reserve & pond for added privacy.  Huge extended covered lanai & deck. There are sun beds plus an outdoor dining area.  The pool has a child safety fence.  There are plenty of towels (all supplied) including towels for use around the pool and spa. 

All bedding is also provided.

The home is very child friendly. As detailed earlier, supplied FREE are a crib/cot, highchair, buggy, and bouncy chair.  Children’s crockery is also provided. 

There are in effect two games rooms - yes 2! - the second having the Wii and Xbox, children's games books etc. as detailed earlier.  The other games room has the pool table, table tennis and air hockey etc.
