Located just south of the western end of Highway 192 and north of junctions 55 and 58 on the I-4 Interstate, this vacation home in Orlando can be found in the Highlands Reserve Golf Community which is well placed for access to all the parks and shopping malls. For park lovers the Disney parks are just under 15 minutes away, with Universal and Sea World approximately 30 minutes and the very popular Busch Gardens in Tampa can be reached within an hour. For shoppers the major shopping malls are also all easily reachable. Further afield, to the east lies the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, and of course Daytona Beach. To the West, just south of Tampa you can spend a very enjoyable day sampling the delights of Clearwater, St Pete’s beach and Sarasota on the Gulf of Mexico.

 Golf In Orlando

Golf lovers are well catered for. Highlands Reserve is a Mike Dasher designed championship course and is a good test for golfers of all levels. The clubhouse is only a few hundred yards away and the very helpful staff will be only too happy to sort you out with clubs etc. More challenging courses can also be found just a short journey away, with Legends Golf and Country Club, Champions Gate, Falcon’s Fire, Celebration and Orange County all highly recommended.

On Highway 27 and also along the 192 are all the regular favourites – TGI Fridays, Chilli’s, Macaroni Grill, Pizzeria Uno, Outback and Longhorn Steakhouses, Shoney’s, Sizzlers, Wendy’s and Denny’s and of course the Golden Arches feature regularly - the list is endless.
