Countryside at Tuscan Ridge also has a resident’s clubhouse with gym equipment and a games room, and for the younger members a children’s activity play area.

The home also has a gas BBQ grill that is freely available for guest's use.

Publix supermarket is located about five minutes away, providing you with most of your needs.  Banks, restaurants, takeaways and bars are also close by, with US Highway 192 and its many attractions less than 10 minutes away.

For the golfer, there are numerous golf courses to choose from, all within minutes drive, including the closest at Highlands Reserve. The superb Greg Norman designed Champions' Gate Golf Course and the Southern Dunes Golf club are rated in the top 10 courses in Florida.

The Interstate 4 is just a few minutes away giving easy access to other attractions such as Bush Gardens, Cape Canaveral, on the east coast, and just over an hour's drive away, heading west, is Tampa and St Petersburg where you can enjoy the  most beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive and just over an hour from Sanford Airport.  Tampa Airport is another alternative at approximately 75 minutes away and is less busy.
