Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom
In our Orlando vacation house you will find this gorgeous master bedroom with decadent king size bed and quality bed linens that provide a haven of relaxation to welcome you at the end of a busy Floridian day. With ample drawer space and a cavernous walk-in closet that will satisfy the needs of even the most compulsive shopper, you will never run out of storage space!  In this closet a security safe has been installed so that you may lock all your important documents and monies safely away during your stay. Other features of this beautiful room include a cable TV and direct access out onto the south facing pool deck.  The adjoining (en suite) master bathroom will ensure that you are pampered to within an inch of your life, featuring as it does, a walk in shower, a Roman style bath tub, his and hers sinks, hair dryers and a large vanity mirror. There is also direct access to and from the pool deck, which allows you the opportunity to slip straight into the shower when you have finally managed to drag yourself away from the crystal clear waters of the heated private pool.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a beautiful queen size bed with quality linens, cable TV, matching nightstands, ample storage and a cooling ceiling fan. There is access to the second full bathroom, where the services include a toilet, a bath/shower combo and a sink with vanity and additional storage.

Bedrooms 3 and 4
The remaining two bedrooms are ideally located for the third full bathroom. These rooms, like the rest of the home, have been lovingly styled and have two twin beds per room, recessed closets, cable TV, ceiling fans and ample drawer units.

The 3^rd full bathroom contains a W.C., bath/shower combo, sink with vanity and has additional storage.

Lounge
This delightful room is situated at the front of the villa just as you enter the home. The room has a vaulted ceiling with fan and ceiling lights. The room has been tastefully dressed by interior designers.  The furniture includes a 'Love Seat', (two-seater sofa) a three-seater sofa, coffee table and table lamps for those romantic evenings. There is a 27” flat-screen television with cable, a DVD/VCR combo to play videos, DVDs, and CDs.  For further entertainment there is a PS2 games station.  From the lounge you have easy access to the dining room.

Family Room
The family room provides guests with a true cinematic experience, as you can all sit back and enjoy a raft of exciting premium channels on the stunning 53” HD (high definition) wide-screen cable TV. And if that isn’t enough, there is also a DVD player so you can watch movies whenever you by choosing your favourite movie from the extensive library of films provided. To complete this picture of a high tech paradise, mood lighting is provided by table top lamps.  This sunny room has ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs, and is equipped with occasional furniture. The three-seater sofa can fold down to a queen size bed if required.

Kitchen and Breakfast Nook
In the kitchen you could be cooking up a storm as this fully equipped shrine to all things culinary includes a full size ceramic cooker, microwave, and huge fridge-freezer with ice maker, cold water drink dispenser, dishwasher, extractor fan and waste disposal unit. In addition, you will also find a fresh coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, together with all the usual pots, pans, utensils, knives, forks and glasses etc.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a seating area called the ‘nook’ for breakfasts and light snacks.  It has seating for four.  Guest may also choose to eat their light snacks or breakfast outside in the pool area.

Laundry Room
There is also laundry room, complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron and ironing board.

Dining Room
The dining room is located near the kitchen with access to both the lounge and breakfast nook. It has a large rosewood dining table with seating and place settings for six.  In this beautiful room you will find a Wi-Fi enabled desk top computer system with 24/7 unlimited high speed broadband.  Additionally, there is a printer/scanner and faxing facilities. Naturally, the high speed Wi-Fi connection means that if you bring your own wireless enabled laptop, you can surf the internet from anywhere in the house… or even the pool deck!

Games Room
The brand new games room has been equipped with a high spec 8’ slate bed pool table, an air hockey table and an electronic darts board (soft tip darts) and has a seating area.  This provides great indoor entertainment for the whole family!

Pool/ Lanai Area
The pool and lanai area of our Orlando vacation house has a stunning, oversized south facing swimming pool which will strike exactly the right note for anyone who fancies a little fun and adventure splashing about in the shimmering, sun drenched waters. An extended decking area is provided for those that prefer to take the lazy option and simply top up their sun tan or they can just chill-out in the shaded/covered area of the lanai. Also provided are top of the range sun beds and a cool ceiling fan (covered lanai area) to enhance your outdoor enjoyment.  For alfresco dining, weatherproof table and chairs are provided. For those that like to swim later into the evening, underwater lighting is provided so that you may extend your bathing time to take full advantage of those laid back, balmy Florida evenings.  Don’t forget your camera, as you will definitely want to capture the full majesty of each unforgettable Floridian sunset, all from the comfort of the fabulous pool deck.
