For golfers, within 15 minutes drive there are more than 17 golf courses, including Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, Disney and Highlands Reserve to name but a few.  For the beach lovers and sun worshippers Villa Tivoli is just 60 minutes away from either coast.  Daytona Beach, Clearwater and St Pete's beach being the most popular.

No need for a rainy day to ruin your vacation ! This villa is equipped with 10 TVs!  travelling with children ??, have them bring along their games to play on the X-Box & PlayStation systems. Spend the afternoon in the unparalleled games room playing pool, ping pong, darts or hang out on the lanai for a dip in the enclosed pool.

This villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, desktop computer, webcam and Skype for international calling, as well as free calling in North America.

Great Room
The beautiful serene great room has a 50" HD flat screen with cable, with well over 100 channels for your viewing pleasure,, a DVD player and a library of DVDs, books, chess board, games.  This large open plan room with its vaulted ceiling gives you a feeling of spaciousness.

The seating area consists of 3-seater sofa ( converts to a bed ) and a 2-seater sofa, that over look the pool. The lovely Florida ceiling fan adds to the comfort of this room.

Kitchen
Then home has a bright and cheerful full-service kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just grill up some burgers. There's even a juicer if you are inclined to wander into the back yard and pick your own oranges for a morning treat! It has all the latest appliances and utensils. After preparing your meal you have the choice of enjoying it in the large eat-in kitchen, full dining room or outside at the table on the lanai, beside the pool. A full set of dish ware for both indoors and outdoors are included. There is also a large pantry to stock all you grocery needs.  Situated in the kitchen there is a cosy table that seats 4. There is even a TV to watch the morning news over breakfast or whilst cooking.  You will also find a telephone for free North American calling.

Laundry Room
Just beside the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with full washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you have a little in tow you will find a playpen stored here.

Dining Room
Conveniently adjoining the open plan living area, this elegant dining room will comfortably seat up to six adults. There is a separate set of dining room dishes. This room is ideal for both formal and informal dining.

Master Bedroom
This romantic master suite, is comparable to any premium hotel room. There is a full size dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets & lamps. Further features include a 32" HD flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a lovely lighted ceiling fan together with a very large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom comprises of a mirrored vanity unit with twin sinks and hair dryer. There is a magnificent walk-in shower with seating and a large soaker tub. The toilet has its own separate room.

Second Master Bedroom
The second master with its full en suite enables you to comfortably travel with another couple such as friends, parents, in-laws, or even a baby-sitter or nanny. This second master suite has a dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinet with lamp, a chest of drawers with a lamp, a large closet, lighted ceiling fan and a large en suite bathroom with mirrored vanity and sink, hair dryer, toilet and a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 and 4
Both these bedrooms are tastefully decorated for young and old alike. They each have TVs, a large enclosed closet, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and ceiling lights. One bedroom has a PlayStation whilst the other has an X-Box.

They both share a bathroom comprising of a bath with shower, toilet, mirrored vanity and sink.  Between these two bedrooms there is a linen closet that has more the enough towels for every room, plus beach towels and blankets for the pool area.

Games Room
The games room is one of the finest that you will find.  It consists of a pool table, a table tennis table, a real dart board, 3 TVs, a desktop computer with Wi-Fi and a webcam and Skype for international calling.

Pool & Lanai
The lanai is just outside the great room with access through the alarmed sliding door. Here you will find a glass top table that seats six, a lighted ceiling fan and a TV.  The enclosed pool is not that deep - ranging from between 3 and 5 feet.  There are sun beds and chairs for everyone.
